At The Games Room Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury leisure equipment. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or telephone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your item.
- 2.Prepare for Collection
Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in its original specialist packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
For large items like pinball machines or pool tables, our logistics team will coordinate a professional white-glove collection at a time that suits your schedule.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians have inspected the returned item at our showroom, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
